Firmware update problem

After upgradin firmware from version 5.x to version 6.x on Patrol L207 I lost all the digital inputs and relay outputs (onewire devices are still visible).

I tried to upgrade the firmware again with

sudo /opt/unipi/tools/fwspi -u 1 -Uv

but it ends in error:

fwspi: Version 2.18.0
Firmware:   58.215 CAL (for 115-3 Unipi hw)
Bootloader: 0.0
Baseboard:  46-9 Unipi hw
Cannot do upgrade. Try normal update.

If I try to upgrade the firmware with

sudo /opt/unipi/tools/fwspi -u 1 -Pv

it ends with fw imafge can not be found:

Firmware:   58.215 CAL (for 115-3 Unipi hw)
Bootloader: 0.0
Baseboard:  46-9 Unipi hw
Loading image: /opt/unipi/firmware/115-3C.img
Cannot open file /opt/unipi/firmware/115-3C.img
Cannot load firmware binary.

Any ideas what went wrong and how to fix it (if possible).
