      @Matt Did you manage to write a better PID implementation in Mervis that you could share? When using the built-in PID logic for controlling hydronic underfloor heating valves (huge time delay), it only acts as a pure PI controller.

      Hi @_andi_,
      that's great you have been able to debug your problem by yourself - this one is not so easy to find.

      Mervis has an ability to execute program upon exception. Double click on the PLC, switch to the Tasks tab and add new task with the Category "Execution error". Then select the program which you want to execute upon the error:

      Hi @_andi_,
      thanks for the info. It is indeed as you describe. That minimal voltage of 600mV in OFF state comes from the nature of open collector output. You have mitigate it quite elegantly with the Wago optocoupler.
