I have the same problem. It doesn't help to change the log level in the service file. It still continues dumping info about every read attempt which is annoying. I guess the "I" in the log indicates log level is Info. And it remains I whatever level you set.

A sensor with digital output will only give you information whether the pressure is below or above given threshold. You can connect it to digital input of UniPi. You have to decide whether this is sufficient for your project or not.

Sure there is a solution for each industrial. We hope this is a challenging work to bring the automation in this industry.

As BlackSoll said, Razberry uses only the TX/RX pins. Those are wired out via the UART connector… So you can make a custom cable from the uart connector or even a custom cable between UniPi and RPi...
