What are you trying to accomplish with devicetrees? This is the oposite what you should do in order to have it working with Evok.

If you already save the variables in the history (this guide), you can display them in the graph in two ways:

using the integrated graph - press and hold the CTRL key and click the desired value in the HMI (e.g. on the Value Indicator gadget) with the mouse left button, then the graph tab will appear (similar to Mervis SCADA) Insert the graph as a gadget, instructions are available here: Mervis HMI - Chart
