      Hello, you can read our SSCP tutorial. Yes, you can use the variables of the another one in the HMI.

      @arolli Hello Antonio,
      depends on what the project is. Neuron is cheaper and more suitable for smart home/home automation projects. Patron line is more expensive, but is built to full industrial standards. As for longevity I definitely recommend Patron, in case you decide to use Neuron longevity mainly depends on used SD card, check our eshop for SLC uSD cards, they help a lot.

      I have a similar for my Neuron L303. I didn't check via Mervis, but I just noticed that the indicator LEDs on the unipi itself was not reacting in any way anymore for some specific DI (others still working).

      Do you think this is due to the same firmware issue or a more fundamental hardware issue? And why would I only have this issue now? I have only been running my unipi for some debugging purposes up until now (it's just when experimenting with my actual full set of push buttons that I started to notice this).

      Hello @arolli,
      this is described in the Mervis help files (F1). Look for "B31" and you will see that the input parameter is type "CONTROLLERTYPE" with a hint how to use it.

      Best regards,
      Martin

      @tomas_hora, thank you.

      I have been reading more about your products and I found out that EVOK provides websockets. I was thinking that I would write a script which would process MQTT messages from a dongle and deliver them to Mervis using websocket and the other way around. Would that work? It would replace the Node-red which you suggested.

      Thank you for your help, Martin.

      Hi Martin,
      in my 1wire bus I've 3 HUB and several sensons. Everything is working fine.
      Only problem appear when on the last port on my last hub I connected a rj45 splitter
      ( https://www.unipi.technology/1wire-hub-2-port-p50 ).
      After a while I connect the thermometer to this hub it disconnect. (it appears red in mervis)
      All RJ45 port are cabled whit pinout TIA-568B and thermometer are cabled as follow:

      +VCC: blu + blu/white
      GND: brown + green/white
      1W : green + brown/white.

      Do I need to use the same schema of connection on the thermometer atteched to 2 port splitter?
      let me know if you have suggestion how to troubleshoot the problem.
      Thanks
      Antonio

      Hi Martin
      I follow the suggestion to set autogen only on needed variables (just DI and DO_w).
      I solved the issue.
      thanks

      Hello @arolli,

      just briefly, please check https://kb.unipi.technology/en:sw:01-mervis:moving_from_2.0_to_2.1-hidden

      1 - You should find question in the knowledge base
      2 - You can have multiple instances of Mervis IDE installed on the same time on your PC. Mervis will ask you which version you wish to use on startup.
